The direction
We work out the scale, materials, and what the piece needs to do before the build begins.

The making
The central form is sculpted first; paint, texture, structure, and other elements follow through trial and revision.
IV
The handoff
The finished piece is prepared for its next home or exhibition, with practical details agreed along the way.
